Bring a mat and anything you want to be comfortable(cushions, blankets etc) The event is being held in an outdoor area and it could get chilly so I recommend wearing warm clothes.
My name is Aidan and I create immersive soundscapes using the sounds and vibrations conjured from a variety of instruments and sources. Using sound as a vessel we go into spaces conducive for deep meditation and relaxation.
